SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

We ship worldwide and offer FREE International Shipping on orders above $200 USD.

All orders will take 5-7 business days to process for shipping. International Shipping may vary depending on the destination, but will take a maximum of 10 business days. Please note that FUREVER is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your destination. Additional customs fees may apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. FUREVER does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which additional shipping and handling fees will be inquired and are non-refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that prior to making a purchase, all items sold on FUREVER are a final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.

Regular priced items bought on FUREVER will gladly be accepted for an exchange or gift card within 14 days of receiving your item(s). All merchandise must be received back in its original form and must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Any shipping costs and/or duty incurred to and from one of our warehouses will be the responsibility of the customer and the shipment requires a registered tracking number in order to ensure delivery. Please note that any items on sale will not be eligible for exchanges. To make an exchange or receive a gift card, please contact us at info@lovefurever.com and one of our Customer Service reps will help you with further instructions.

All FUREVER orders go through quality control prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the best quality faux fur products. In the rare event that the item(s) you receive is defective, we ask that you email us with photos showing the defect or issue. One of our Customer Service reps will get back to you within 1-2 business days with steps on how to remedy this problem.
