Do you use real fur?

Absolutely not! We have a NO REAL FUR policy and guarantee that all of our products are 100% faux.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! All orders placed on our website are 100% custom made to you.

Build your own FUREVER Luxe Faux Fur by picking the style, size, faux fur fabric and color and your item(s) will be made in roughly 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location but will take an additional 5-10 business days.

Can you help me with a custom order?

Of course we can!  We better knows our products then us!  Simply send us an email at info@lovefurever.com and one of our Customer Service reps will get back to you in 24-48 hours.  They can help you choose the best style, faux fur materials and colors for the perfect piece!

Do you offer special discounts and promotions?

Of course we do!Make sure you sign up to our newsletter and keep an eye out for our blogs.We will always share special discounts and promotion codes so make sure to keep a look out!Please note that our emails may end up in your junk folders, so save our email as well.

Are your items true to size?

We follow the US Standard sizing chart and although we believe our items are true to size, we know that fitting can be a bit of a pain.  Please check our Size Chart to find the best fit for you.

What is your store policy?

Please note that prior to making a purchase, all items sold on FUREVER are a final sale and will not be eligible for a refund.If you wish to exchange, please contact us at info@lovefurever.com and one of our Customer Service reps will assist you.We require all exchanges to be made within 14 days of receiving the items.Any shipping costs and/or duty incurred to and from one of our warehouses will be the responsibility of the customer and the shipment requires a registered tracking number in order to ensure delivery.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, all exchanged items must be returned in the following condition in order to be eligible:

  • Items have tags still attached
  • Items have not been worn or used
  • Items have not been scented with perfume
  • Items have not been damaged, torn or dirty
I received a damaged item. What do I do?

All FUREVER orders go through quality control prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the best quality faux fur products.In the rare event that the item you receive is not in pristine condition, we ask that you email us on info@lovefurever.com with photos showing the defect or issue.One of our Customer Service reps will get back to you within 1-2 business days with steps on how to remedy this problem.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! International shipping takes roughly 7-10 business days in transit depending on your location. Remember we offer FREE International Shipping on orders above $200.

What are your shipping options?

All shipping will be from our warehouse using either DHL or Fedex. Please allow roughly 4-5 business days to prepare your order, and roughly 7-10 business days to ship. Please note that FUREVER is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees may apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. FUREVER does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!We offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all order over $200 USD.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping rates are $20 for the first item, and then $10 for each additional item. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $200.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Upon completion of your order a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to your registered email address.  Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number.  We always suggest to keep track of this order number just in case.  If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our customer service reps at info@lovefurever.com.  Please note to check your spam folder as well as your email may have filtered into that folder.

How do I track my order?

Your order will process for 24-48 business hours.Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information.Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with DHL or Fedex.

What if my order has not been delivered?

If after contacting DHL or Fedex you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at info@lovefurever.com and one of our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you.

What is the difference between Faux Fox and Faux Raccoon?

FUREVER Faux Fox is known for its shorter length of fur, with both individual ‘solid’ colors and dual-color options giving it a multi-dimensional and ‘natural’ fur look. This material is a medium length strand of FUREVER faux fur and is highly dense.

My faux fur is looking a bit stiff. What can I do?

If your faux fur is looking a bit lifeless, follow the below diagram which explains how to “refluff” your faux fur items. Be VERY careful when doing this and ensure the faux fur does not come in direct contact with any hot surfaces.
